Medical Benefits
Select from several medical benefit options for the coverage that works best for you and your family. Choices include United Healthcare Exclusive Provider Option (EPO) plan, United Healthcare or Blue Cross Blue Shield Preferred Provider Option (PPO) plan, United Healthcare traditional indemnity plan for employees who live outside the network area, and Kaiser Permanente in DC/MD/VA and CA. Employee contributions are based on salary.
Dental Benefits
The MetLife Dental PPO covers a variety of preventive, basic and major care that includes orthodontia.
Vision Benefits
The Vision plan offered through VSP helps you pay for routine vision services and supplies. The plan covers all or a portion of the cost of eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses after a co-pay.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Allows you set aside up to $5,000, pre-tax, to pay for certain out-of-pocket health-care expenses.
Ergonomics Program
Provides workstation evaluations, ergonomic training, and proper tool-use instruction to help you create a more comfortable work area and prevent injuries.
Investing in Your Future
401(k) Savings Plan
You may contribute between 2% and 50% of your salary, tax-deferred. After two months of service, AOL matches 50 cents on the dollar of your first 6% of pay. You are 100% vested in the match after five years.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Offers company-paid group life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) and Business Travel Accident insurance equal to one times your annual salary up to $1,000,000; you may add coverage through employee-paid supplemental term life insurance for yourself, spouse/domestic partner and children.

Adoption Assistance
Full-time employees may receive reimbursement of up to $4,000 per eligible child to help offset the expenses incurred when adopting a child.
AOL HealthSmart
AOL HealthSmart combines a variety of programs and tools to help you better understand and manage personal day-to-day health issues. Pre-Tax Commuter Program
