As Chief Technology Officer, Curtis Brown leads all aspects of AOL’s technology strategy, platform development and external technology partnerships. Curtis previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer of AOL’s global advertising business,, as well as Senior Vice President for AOL Media.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Karen Dykstra serves as a key member of the AOL executive team focused on optimizing shareholder value by providing strategic leadership for the company’s financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis and investor relations.

Arianna Huffington is the President and Editor-in-Chief of The Huffington Post Media Group, a nationally syndicated columnist, and author of thirteen books.

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary - AOL Inc.

As Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Julie Jacobs is responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance and public policy matters for AOL.

Senior Vice President of Communications

As Senior Vice President of Communications, Peter joined AOL in April, 2013. He oversees all external and internal communications for AOL and manages a global team of communications staff that supports AOL and its wide variety of brands.

Tim Lemmon leads AOL Search, MapQuest, Pricing & Yield Management, Business Metrics & Analytics, Consumer Research & Analytics and Project Management for key AOL-wide initiatives.

As CEO of AOL Platforms, Bob Lord heads AOL’s industry-leading global advertising and technology arm, which reaches marketers and publishers in over 30 countries through, ADTECH, AOL On, Be On and Pictela.

Chief Executive Officer, AOL Brand Group

As CEO of AOL Brand Group, Susan Lyne oversees all aspects of the Brand Group’s growth strategy, including increasing traffic across properties, maximizing partnerships with advertisers and publishers, and attracting top talent, with a particular focus on content, design, programming, and product. She joined AOL in this role in February 2013.

Global Head of Media Sales

With over 20 years in the media business, Jim joined AOL in 2009 and is responsible for advertising sales for the entire AOL brand portfolio, including brands like The Huffington Post, Engadget, Stylelist, AOL Platforms, AOL On and MapQuest. He also leads the sales of all cross platform marketing solutions, including display/Project Devil initiative, video and mobile.
