Mr. Tim Armstrong has served as Chairman and CEO of AOL since April 2009. In December of 2009, he took the company public on the New York Stock Exchange. AOL serves over 240 million global consumers a month and is one of the world’s biggest consumer brands.
As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Karen Dykstra serves as a key member of the AOL executive team focused on optimizing shareholder value by providing strategic leadership for the company’s financial and administrative functions. Karen’s responsibilities include all Finance functions, Human Resources, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development.
Arianna Huffington is the President and Editor-in-Chief of The Huffington Post Media Group, a nationally syndicated columnist, and author of fourteen books including “Thrive” which was released in March of 2014. In May 2005, she launched The Huffington Post, a news and blog site that quickly became one of the most widely-read, linked to, and frequently-cited media brands on the internet.
As Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Julie Jacobs is responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance and public policy matters for AOL. Julie also oversees AOL’s Corporate Services function, encompassing AOL’s facilities and operations. In addition, Julie serves as Corporate Secretary to AOL’s Board of Directors.
As Chief Analytics Officer, Tim Lemmon oversees and drives analytics and project management on a company-wide basis. Tim’s team includes Pricing and Yield Management, Business Metrics & Analytics, Consumer Research & Analytics and Project Management for key initiatives. These areas provide fact-based guidance for our businesses and help drive executional focus for the company.
As Global CEO of AOL Platforms, Bob Lord heads AOL’s industry-leading advertising and technology arm, which reaches marketers and publishers in over 30 countries through Advertising.com, AdLearn Open Platform, Adap.tv, AOL On Network, Be On, ADTECH, MARKETPLACE and Pictela.
As CEO of AOL Brand Group, Susan Lyne oversees all aspects of the Brand Group’s growth strategy, including increasing traffic across properties, maximizing partnerships with advertisers and publishers, and attracting top talent, with a particular focus on content, design, programming, and product.
As Global Head of Media Sales, Jim Norton is responsible for global advertising sales for the entire AOL owned & operated brand portfolio. He also leads the sales of all cross platform marketing solutions, including display/Project Devil initiative, video and mobile.
As Chief Technology Officer, William Pence leads all aspects of AOL’s global technology strategy, platform development and external technology partnerships, as well as plays a key leadership role in the overall strategy and direction of the company. He is an accomplished leader in the digital technology industry with over 25 years of experience.
As CEO of the AOL Membership Group, Bud Rosenthal oversees AOL’s variety of subscription businesses encompassing millions of paid customer relationships, as well as tens of millions of monthly users of AOL properties, including AOL Mail and AIM.
