Consumers Now Have Access to 420,000 Videos Across Web, Smartphones, Tablets
and Connected TVs; Advertisers Can Now Purchase Across Entire Library and All Devices With Single Buy

NEW YORK, NY - October 4, 2012- The AOL On Network today announced the launch of native mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. With more than 420,000 videos that feature topics from technology to breaking news to cooking and more, The AOL On Network provides viewers with the top content they need to see at the right time. Already accessible through the desktop web and 10 connected TV devices, today's launch of native apps for mobile and tablet devices gives consumers nearly ubiquitous access to AOL On's content. The announcement was made at Advertising Week 2012 taking place in New York City, October 1-5, 2012.

"There have always been plenty of places to find video online, but there has yet to be a one-stop shop that provides the right videos to consumers at exactly the right moment," said Ran Harnevo, SVP of The AOL On Network. "With AOL On's native app launch, a curated selection of the content you need to see will now be waiting for you on every device."

The mobile apps will include a feature that allows users to search for and "favorite" videos with just one touch, making it easy to discover and share videos from popular sites including Engadget, TechCrunch, HuffPost Live and Moviefone as well as content from partners such as Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Travel Channel and E!. The iOS versions are also Airplay enabled, allowing users who have Apple TV to seamlessly display videos from a mobile iOS device onto the television.

The mobile app launches also provide significant benefits for brands and media buyers, who can purchase across AOL properties on all devices with a single buy.

Launched in April 2012, The AOL On Network brings AOL's entire video offering under one umbrella and reaches more than 61 million unique visitors per month. It is one of the top 10 video platforms on the web according to comScore and is number one in categories including Autos, Business, Style, Home, Health, Food, Travel and Tech. The network attracts approximately 1 billion video streams per month.**
