New Customized Site is Treasure Map for Pop Culture Enthusiasts
New York, NY – May 11, 2009 – AOL’s MediaGlow publishing division announced the launch of Where It’s At, http://www.whereitsat.com, a new website that serves as a guided tour of iconic pop culture landmarks from music, film and television, complete with photos and background stories on why the landmarks are famous. The interactive site lets consumers play an important role by submitting landmarks to be included on the map. Where It’s At is powered by MapQuest, http://www.mapquest.com, and it’s one of 30 new sites MediaGlow, http://www.mediaglow.com, plans to launch in 2009.
