AOL Acquires MMAFighting.com

July 15, 2009 – New York, NY – AOL announced that it has acquired the mixed martial arts site MMAFighting.com, http://www.MMAFighting.com. The new site adds to the already extensive Mixed Martial Arts coverage of AOL's MMA FanHouse, and after a planned relaunch later this year will become the home of all MMA content produced under the umbrella of FanHouse, http://www.fanhouse.com, AOL’s flagship sports destination.  MMAFighting.com joins the network of niche and specialized content properties operated by AOL's content publishing division, which reaches more than 75 million monthly unique visitors, according to June 2009 comScore Media Metrix data.

Deal Marks First Integrated Ticket Experience on Site

New York, NY – May 5, 2009 – AOL’s FanHouse.com, http://www.fanhouse.com, and StubHub, http://www.stubhub.com, the world’s largest ticket marketplace, announced a new ticket marketplace across Fanhouse.com that provides fans a new way to buy and sell tickets. This agreement marks the first StubHub partnership with FanHouse.com.

FanHouse.com, launched in January 2009, is the main sports destination for AOL’s MediaGlow publishing division, http://www.mediaglow.com, which was formed to centralize AOL’s content properties. MediaGlow plans on launching 30 new sites in 2009.
