As the Chief Mobile Officer for AOL Platforms and Advertising, Mark Connon leads the company’s progressive mobile strategy to ignite innovation and grow revenue for the company’s global mobile offerings.
Mark joined AOL through its acquisition of Millennial Media where he served as Executive Vice President, Platform Business. There, he was responsible for dramatic revenue growth within the company’s programmatic business, as well as overseeing the integration of Nexage, the first mobile RTB exchange/SSP, which was acquired by Millennial Media in 2014. Previously, Mark served as Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Nexage. He has also held CEO, COO, executive-level corporate, and business development roles within a variety of successful, venture-backed startups and public companies.
Mark holds a BA from Boston College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. When he’s not driving AOL’s mobile business, Mark explores the Boston area with his wife, two sons and daughter.
