AOL UK Launches New AOL.co.uk Homepage
AOL is rolling out its new homepage in the UK, http://www.aol.co.uk/newhomepage, that brings consumers there many of the features currently available on the U.S. version, such as access to multiple e-mail accounts, social networking services and third-party content, and more customization options. MediaGlow President Bill Wilson said, "today’s beta launch of the new AOL UK portal builds on the tremendous success we’ve experienced in the U.S. offering consumers more choice and customization."

Engadget Wins an EPpy Award
Engadget was named Best Consumer Technology Blog at the 14th Annual EPpy Awards Luncheon on May 7. The awards, sponsored by Editor & Publisher and Mediaweek, recognize the best websites for newspapers, TV, radio, magazines and media-affiliated Internet services. In 2008, AOL's FanHouse took home an EPpy Award for Best Sports Blog.
