Kimberly Strong

Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer

As Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Kimberly Strong is responsible for developing and directing AOL's global Standards of Business Conduct program. She also implements the strategy for the organization’s business conduct training and communications.

Strong joined AOL in 2003 as Associate General Counsel, Business Conduct & Compliance, where she developed the company’s business conduct program and shaped the culture of integrity among employees.

Prior to joining AOL, Strong served as in-house counsel with Qwest Communications, Inc., LCI International, Inc. and the Dayton Power & Light Company. In those roles, Strong oversaw matters involving litigation, employment issues, commercial transactions, ethics and compliance.

Strong serves on the Board of Directors of the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association and speaks on ethics, compliance and leadership at conferences, corporations and educational institutions.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Communications from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and her law degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
