"The Adam Carolla Show," "Kevin Pollak's Chat Show," and "SModcast" Exclusively on AOL.com in Vibrant Video Form Premiering Monday, January 24th at 10PM (ET)

New York, NY – January 24, 2011 – AOL Inc. (NYSE: AOL) today announced a new late night video block of programming featuring content from "The Adam Carolla Show," "Kevin Pollak's Chat Show," and Kevin Smith's SModcast Network. Further building up its content offerings, fans will be able to both hear and see the best moments from these popular podcasts and talk shows on a nightly basis exclusively on AOL.com. "AOL Late Night" launches today, Monday, January 24th at 10PM (ET).

"Phase one of our programming strategy is to build a block of content our audiences can expect day in and day out," said Amber J. Lawson, Head of Programming, AOL Media. "The powerhouse trio of Carolla, Pollak and Smith is a great way to establish our late night programming leveraging their rabid built-in audiences to give new and loyal viewers alike a more immersive experience while integrating our internal brands that you already know and love -- PopEater, Moviefone, Engadget and Sessions.

"AOL Late Night" will include: weekly highlights from ACE Broadcasting's "The Adam Carolla Show," where the celebrated author of the bestselling In Fifty Years We'll All Be Chicks interviews celebrities, athletes and other persons of note; clips from "Kevin Pollak's Chat Show," a weekly, live streaming video talk show likened to "Charlie Rose, but fun," where award-winning actor Pollak, named by Comedy Central as One of the Top 100 Comedians of All Time, interviews actors, writers, directors, comedians, musicians, internet talent, and captains of industry; and segments from Kevin Smith's podcasts, including a #1 iTunes podcast SModcast featuring Smith and Scott Mosier and two iTunes Best of 2010 podcasts, "Jay and Silent Bob Get Old" featuring Smith and Jason Mewes and "Babble On" with Smith and Ralph Garmin. In addition, weekly best-ofs from "Carcast with Adam Carolla," "This Week With Larry Miller," "Spider and the Henchman" with NBA champion John Salley and writer Kevin Hench, "Daves of Thunder" with Dave Dameshek and Dave Feeney," "The Parent Experiment" and "The Film Vault" may be added to the block.
"Ever since I could spell, AOL has been on my radar. It brings me great joy to finally partner up with them and make my childhood dreams come true. I look forward to our future together," said Carolla.

"In 2011, I just hope Adam, Kevin and I can do for AOL what McMillan&Wife, McCloud and Columbo did for ABC's Mystery Wheel in the 1970s," said Pollak. "That is, change the way people feel about themselves, forever more."

"The first time I ever went online was via AOL. That means I've been a paying member for over 15 years - all without knowing I was investing in my own future. I look forward to many battles over what's considered too risque for their family-oriented service," said Smith.

"You've Got..." the video series that debuted with the new AOL.com launch in November, generated nearly 8 million views in its first month alone, and featured a diverse guest list including Kelly Ripa, Barack Obama, Matt Damon, and the Marines in Afghanistan.* AOL Video is ranked #4 in video audience with 48.6M viewers** Overall, video views on the new AOL.com rose more than 3X in its first month.***
