AOL to Announce Third Quarter 2010 Financial Results

NEW YORK, NY -- October 11, 2010 -- AOL Inc. (NYSE: AOL) today announced that it will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss third quarter 2010 financial results on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). AOL will issue a press release reporting results before the conference call on Wednesday, November 3, 2010.

To listen to the call via webcast, please visit our website at http://ir.aol.com and click on the link titled "Q3 2010 AOL Inc. Earnings Conference Call" located under "Events & Presentations." We recommend going to the website at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the webcast to register, download and install any necessary software.
